“Took my mother in law shopping. The staff was very helpful when they heard her say she wished she had a tape measure. They assisted her in measuring sofas and love seats. Part of the fun is you never know what you may find that you didn't know you really wanted. A very well organized and clean scavenger hunt that rewards you with fun and unique purchases.”

“Came in to the children’s shoe department specifically to have my grandson fitted for his first pair of Stride Rite brand shoes. Lala (beautiful French named employee) measured and found him two nice fitting shoes. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable all while also taking care with busy school shopping customers. So glad she was working and she helped us!”

“Dillard’s Clearance Center is definitely worth checking out if you enjoy hunting for deals. I found some great prices on name-brand clothing and shoes, and there’s a lot of inventory to look through. Be prepared to spend some time digging because the store can be a bit disorganized, and sizes aren’t always easy to find. If you don’t mind the treasure-hunt experience, you can leave with some amazing bargains. I’d definitely shop here again.”

“I found some clothing that fit my size. I found a nice wrap, but it did not have a price tag. I found this to be irritating. The store is very limited in personal ware for certain sizes. I liked the home section. It had lower priced items compared to other stores. I will return because because of the lower and reasonable priced items for home products. Also, it was a nice treasure hunt for clothing.”

“It's amazing how I can go to Ross with the intent of buying jeans, shoes, or shirts, and every time Ross has what I need! The girl who rang me up this last time was exceptionally rude, but I expect that from her generation. The shoes I purchased are great!”
“I shop here because I can't find pants and shorts that fit me and that I can afford anywhere else. I have a hard time finding normal shirts though. They have a lot of weird dressier shirts, but not a lot of normal, everyday comfy shirts in my size anyway. I do like the mens section as well. I find shirts, pants and underwear for my son that are decent priced. I do get all of my purses here! They have a good selection of different types.”

“Store is being remodeled, October 2024. Nice and convenient if you are close by. The parking lot was full of people driving down the wrong side, this is America not an English colony any longer. I think the selection of items is a little more limited here. Nice staff though and quick in and out.”

“Love the remodel. Feels huge compared to most targets. Great modern vibe that honestly makes you want to pay a bit more for premium products. Pretty chill always. Staff is always nice but it seems like they never have more than 2 open checkouts at a time. Would be nice at busy times if they had a few more.”
