This particular Walgreens location is one of the busiest in the city, situated next to a hospital and serving a diverse customer base. Customers have had mixed experiences at this Walgreens. While the employees generally provide good customer service and do their best, there have been some issues with the pharmacy, including inconsistent hours and availability of medications. The restroom situation has also been a point of contention for some. Despite these challenges, many customers have had positive experiences at this Walgreens. The staff, including the woman at the cigarette counter and the young man who works late, have been praised for their efforts to provide excellent service and ensure the safety of the customers. One customer even had an "awesome experience" with the pharmacist and staff who went out of their way to help find a solution for a difficult-to-obtain medication. If I could them a 0 rating I would. I spend 45 minutes in the phone waiting for them to answer. I drove all from Newton to this location on central and hillside and they still hadn’t answered the phone.

Despite what it says online, this Walgreens is not open 24/7. I got excited because I drop off a lot of packages, and it would be nice having a spot where I can get Fed Ex packages scanned 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, this is not that spot. Change your Google hours!
2 stars for accepting my Fed Ex packages anyway.

I waited forever for my medication and I was in the lobby waiting and 4- five people were in and out and I was still waiting. If I had I not said something I probably still be there waiting. The he clerk knew I was waiting as well. They definitely need more staff, so it's not entirely their fault.
