This Walmart Supercenter is a large, always crowded store where customers often have trouble finding items due to its layout. The checkout process is frequently hindered by not enough registers being open. The store offers extensive services including online grocery ordering with free pickup or same-day delivery for Walmart+ members, featuring the same low in-store prices, a Freshness Guarantee, and acceptance of SNAP EBT cards. However, the pickup service is poorly managed, with reports of missing items, damaged goods, and expired products, leading to difficult refund processes. Customer service experiences are mixed and often negative. Multiple reviews describe associates as rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful, with specific issues in the electronics and money services departments where employees are described as difficult and biased. Security personnel have been confrontational. Management is reported as unresponsive, both in resolving customer complaints and in handling hiring inquiries, with phone calls rarely answered. The store environment is further impacted by a large homeless encampment behind the building, which discourages some shoppers. Overall, the store is viewed as being in serious need of managerial guidance and change.
I shop at 6 Walmart stores, and N Rock is in the top 2.

Associates aren't really available, but that was okay.

The parking is very scarce and its very tight parking and maneuvering through the lot. As far a service they are always behind like there in a hurry. Not a good look though it rates up there with other Super Centers
