Here’s why:I placed on online order for pizza’s, about $50 dollars worth.I mistakenly placed it with Casey’s in Winfield, Kansas... when I meant Winfield, MISSOURI!Only discovered this when I went to pickup the Missouri order and, of course, they had no knowledge of it.I called Winfield, Kansas.... knowing by now the order was already prepared for pickup. I figured they’d say tough, order already made.Nope! The person I spoke with was most understanding, professional, and gracious.He immediately credited by credit card.This place would get a tremendous amount of my business, if only we lived nearby.Great job Winfield, Kansas Casey’s!”

They always offer sincere apologies when they run out of something.The morning shift here is a completely different story. The main employee during the day, is a rude and nasty lady. She isn't likely to help you find something without giving an attitude, openly complaining about it, and blaming all of the other employees for running out of stuff. If I see her little black car in the parking lot, I go elsewhere”
