“Very happy with Amelia Public Storage. Sunday morning, my husband and I decided to get a storage unit but we're afraid that we wouldn't be able to secure a unit with it being a Sunday. I went online and was able to complete the process in less than 20 minutes...which was incredibly easy and convenient. By 11am, we had already made two trips to our storage unit. “Had a very good experience with my move using H. Johnson Moving. They guys were right on time as promised and they were very courteous and fast with carting things to the final destination. I wasn't moving very far and they told me the duration should fall within their two hour minimum and surely enough it did. My movers were rock stars - I was amazed at how quickly they got things done and had no damaged items upon unpacking. I would definitely use them again, no question!”

I do not need a 5 star hotel for my storage needs I just want secure! if your like me check this place out.”

“I have rented A space from public storage for years & still do to this present day, & I can honestly say that I'm over pleased with the service & the people that works there especially Aden who works at the Mt. Carmel Tabasco Rd location, this guy is one of the greatest human beings on planet earth & he helped me out of A situation that I had no way of getting out of except for prayer in which I did several times in the situation that I was in because that was all I could possibly do at that point, because of the specific type of situation that I was in, I had literally been on A time limit for about 24 hours or so to get the situation completely taken care of, I had run out of options & that caused me to lose sleep the night before & I started to feel down & hopeless & was just ready to face the reality that there was nothing left that I could possibly do & that I was just going to have to deal with the situation as painful as it was & going to be, I had no choice but to deal with the reality of it, so I had only A couple of hours left to get the situation taken care of, but by that time I had already accepted it & was already mentally & spiritually dealing with it internally & had accepted it, well I called public storage & talked to Aden & explained my situation to him & he genuinely listened to me & genuinely showed concern & compassion about it & also told me multiple times that he was sorry that I was in the situation that I was in & going through what I was going through & that he really wish there was something that he could do to help & I told him thanks for even listening & caring cause A lot of people in this world these days don't care about what someone else is going through, & I don't usually talk to people about my problems or anything I'm going through cause I normally just keep it to myself & just deal with it, well about 45 minutes to an hour after I got off the phone with Aden, someone called me & it was A women name Laura & she explained to me that she was calling me because Aden had told her about my situation & that she was going to help me, at first I didn't believe it & didn't think that it was real because I had less than an hour left for my situation to be taken care of, well she really did help me & my situation got taken care of & I couldn't believe it, but I prayed about it & I called & talked to an angel, & that angel talked to & sent another angel that he knew could help me relieve my mind & spirit from what I was going through, this is 100% real & it actually happened & this is exactly how it played out & this is my honest testimony on their behalf, so if anyone reads this & is considering renting A space from public storage Mt. Carmel Tabasco Rd, do not hesitate because they're genuine great people over there that actually care about people as human beings & on top of that, they're superb & 2nd to none at their job, so if you happen to go up to the facility or even call on the phone, ask to speak to Aden if you want to speak to & deal with an honest person that's going to genuinely help you out to the absolute best of their ability 100%, so shout out to Aden & shout out to Laura & keep doin A fantastic job & more importantly, being some great human beings & the world needs more people like y'all??????”

“Safe, secure, affordable. Staff is only there during normal downtown business hours, but are reachable by phone if needed. Clean facilities. Access is limited, as they close at 11pm, but totally worth the price. Also, they have web access for payments, and e-mailed reminders for when payment is due so that you don't accidentally miss it, which is extremely helpful and sometimes sorely needed.”
