“I had my storage unit for about 1.5 years and the whole experience was A+++. The units were very secure, the area was always clean and kept up nicely. I came into the office almost at closing time when I initially rented the unit and the staff was super welcoming and still took their time through the intro/setup process even though it was technically after closing time.They had locks and other supplies to purchase right there in the office, which was very convenient.All of my conversations (email and phone) with the staff since then has been super responsive and pleasant - even when my credit card had expired a couple of times through the time I had the unit - the staff called and we fixed everything and we were off the phone in just a couple of minutes.I am now closing my account and my unit with them because I no longer need the space but if I ever need it again in the future, I'll definitely be back.”

THERE R NO HIDDEN FEES & THEY NEVER INCREASE RATE! 10×20 unit was 200..I got it for 175!! Because I used Big Blue Moving of Florence, KY plus also a discounted moving rate as well! And cheaper than other movers. Cardinal uses auto pay so you will never be stuck with late fees! Great company and very clean organized units.”

They did it so fast and right when she was done I said you're already done she Said yes. I was like sheesh. I caught the name of one was Jenny the other I don't remember. “I have been coming here for a long time. I saw some recent reviews stating that there is a fee for arriving early. I always show up the night before and stay here. They will make you wait to deliver until morning (which I expect since my appt time is 6am) but they do not charge a fee! I love this place. They have a bathroom and depending on where u load/unload depends on how far away it is but at least it’s a bathroom with running water!!”
