“I called them to inquire about a transmission I found online at a junk yard nearby. The junk yard claims that SS Transmission rebuilt it. On the phone, they were nothing but helpful trying to remember which truck this was and whether or not they did the rebuild. I would recommend anyone get work done here due to their excellent customer service!”

They went out of their way to work on it and help get it straightened out as much as possible. “I feel they’re affordable and fair. Ken’s is a place I feel like I can take vehicles back to. Others I have patronized have lost my trust and appear to be your typical “untrusting” shops in the near vicinity/area.I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Needed a left turn signal fuse replaced. In my few times having been there I feel like their interactions with me, time of repair, and costs have been nice and influenced me to return when needed.
