Just an example try to get my card canceled because it was stolen couldn't get a hold of anybody at the bank( I called the number on back of card and they told me call during working hours) then when I finally did get a hold of someone they put me on hold for 20 minutes because nobody knew how to do it so I had to come later for help. They will not answer the phone

Stood in line for roughly 25 minutes while there were two tellers and one was just sitting there looking at the line. Not doing a thing.

Very poor, the manager Josh is rude arrogant and Im not sure he knows what he is talking about. Was supposed to get new debit card in January, here it is May and still no new card. When asking about them always same story there coming. My card only worked 1 month and they state they'll give me a new one for $20. If you do your job and send out new ones with chips i wouldn't need to pay $20.

It's a joke don't waste your time. They only have one ATM and it's broke half the time and it cost you 3 dollars to use any other ATM's.

The staff at the Alexandria location are very courteous. Woodforest is effective and useful in many ways. I had a fraudulent charge on my account and it was resolved in just 3 days. 2 of which were the weekend. I really like the card reader they offered me for my start up business transactions.
