“I cannot recommend Musser Automotive enough. My exhaust pipe started dragging on i65 50 miles north of Bowling Green on my way back to Nashville. I first called Musser, given their high rating, and they gave me the name of a couple mechanics closer to try to get me on the road as quickly as possible - the first good sign of their service. When those shops couldn't help, I called Musser back and ended up getting towed to their shop. They looked at my car right away, told me what was wrong, and showed me the damage. They gave it to me straight and provided 2 options, one quick fix to get me back to Nashville that day, and another more complete fix, which would have kept me in Bowling Green overnight. They gave me the pros/cons of each option and didn’t pressure me at all to take the more comprehensive and expensive fix. They're honest, competent, and no-nonsense. They even recommended a place to get lunch nearby, while my car was getting fixed and even dropped me off/picked me up. If I ever get stranded on the highway anywhere near Bowling Green, I'll know where to go.”

Kenny at KP Customs was swamped but took the time to help me out and fixed the leak in less than an hour. The leak could have destroyed my baby. Thanks to Kenny and his guys for saving my trip! There was a problem with his steering column but the mechanic tried another part that could possibly fix the problem before having me spend money that possibly didn't need to be spent. Unfortunately I had to replace the steering column but the mechanic updated the entire time and we are happy with the results. We'll definitely be using his services again!!”
