I thoroughly enjoyed this cinema. We saw Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory/Premature Death. Excellent flick for all ages. I highly recommend the Anime series.
We sat in theatre 5 I think. It was perfectly dark, the surround components were placed perfectly around the room, the sound system was not lacking in any way, it was well supplied with power lending a full rich sound experience to the film. All too often theatres will fall behind on aspects such as sound systems, ambient lighting entering the room due to sound/light proofing not being maintained. The seats were the right amount of comfortable. Not too comfy where you risk falling asleep but enough to keep you focused forward on the presentation. I was very happy with Cinemark and the professionalism of their employees.
The show started maybe 10 minutes behind schedule which I am fine with since I tend to run behind.
The only issue I took was with the patrons seated near me. Being a victim of some guys that either don't know how to or just cannot grow the heck up, I'm often stalked harassed, and menaced in any space I enter. Although I was messed with, these features I praised above made it possible for me to escape that situation one would expect to maybe encounter in high school but not as an adult. Thank you, Cinemark!

Dirty, small, managers are unhelpful. Other movie go-ers have been on their phones and spoke throughout the movie every single time I’ve been here. Definitely going to the Theatre on rt 60 from now on.

We went to see a movie in 3D, i tried handing our tickets to the person at the desk whom said we were fine, we sat down in the theater and then someone comes along and says we are in there seats....the manager comes and we are moved out even though it showed we had the right seats we were in the wrong theater as the movie was being watched in 3 different theaters....we cant get a refund because it has been 30 minutes past the time we bought them, we cant get tickets for that theater because it is full...they offer us to watch a different time but it isn't 3D....I asked why the guy didn't direct us to the correct theater and all they could say was their busy....I see there NOT that busy that they cant direct customers to the right theater properly....it has ruined our day, i will have to make sure i ask if im actually in the correct theater, this theater was not very kind in helping us, ill go to cannonsburg camp landing from now on

First time at this theatre and it’ll be our last. We paid $50 for tickets and snacks. Had to “choose” our seat while buying the tickets. When we got into our seats we were excited to watch the movie….only for the TALLEST person to sit directly in front of us. The theatre was full..but this person was seriously the tallest head in the place. I couldn’t see ANYTHING!! And I couldn’t move anywhere because there wasn’t any 3 seats together available.
Pretty upset about it but now I know. I’m not sure who designed the theatre but the lack of incline really causes an issue with the view. I think if this place were like any other theatre maybe it wouldn’t have been so bad. But it was and I lost that money and time.
Be aware of this the next time you go, that there is a chance you might not be able to see. Especially if you have bad luck the way I do

Went to see The Chosen and checked online for pricing and it said 5.00 for matinee but when We got to the counter it was 11.50 It needs changed on the website to reflect the correct pricing. It sucks thinking you will have enough for tickets and concessions only to get there and ya don't. The theater was very clean and comfortable.
