They were careful not to damage anything and they cleaned up when they were done. They were pleasant and polite. I give Big Sandy's a 5 for my salesman who kept me up to date on the delivery. I love the tracking system to see how soon they will get to my house. I give a 4.5 on getting my appliances in a timely manner. I guess that is the times we live in.”
