Pat was our sales lady for a tux and she was so helpful. We were stressed and about to leave. She came along and boosted us to $330.00 dollars. My husband was very satisfied with his fit. She is definitely is a salesperson and an asset to jcp. I will look for her for help.

We took our clients in there this morning to buy them clothes when we looking for clothes I turn around at four workers watching us like we was stealing then checking out the lady at that counter was slamming the clothes on the counter and throwing the hangers I’m not sure what her problems was but she honestly don’t need to work in retail with that kind of attitude!!!!!!

I shop at JCP in Ashland when I'm home for Christmas. It's a decent size store, well organized, and I can find gifts for most of my family. I asked my nieces and sister to meet me at the store so they could help me pick out clothes for the kids and their husband's. They were having a sale on most everything, plus I found an extra 15% off coupon on the JCP website. We found outfits for all the kids ranging in ages from 3 to 15, including Disney. I bought my sister and her husband flannel shirts and for my niece's husband's, UK t-shirts. I waited about two minutes in line for checkout. The cashier was fast and friendly. I'll see you again in December for my holiday deals.
