“It's actually gotten better here since a lot of the old employees were let go when new management took over.. so it's tryn to move on up & I think with the right people now that it will do just that.... I DO WISH they would go back to being OPEN LATER HOURS on the WEEKENDS”
“I was scheduled for an induction at the Med Center at 5 A.M. We arrived at Five star in Franklin KY on 10/28/25 at 4:00 A.M. Google said Five star was the only place opened that early for breakfast so we were like alright Five Star it is!! Come to find out their breakfast doesn’t start till 5… However, the two employees working that morning went above and beyond to make sure ice chips was not the only thing I was eating for the day!! When I told them why we were seeking gas station food at 4am they looked at each other and said “girl what you want!” Made my heart smile!!!! We will definitely be going back! 🥰”
