Advance Auto Parts is a helpful and friendly business. It always has everything needed for trucks. The service is quick and easy, saving customers trips. The staff is wonderful and assists with lifting and loading items. However, some employees lack auto knowledge, which can lead to customer frustration. It would be nice to have a car person who understands different parts. Overall, it provides a convenient and generally positive experience.
All good! Erika B. was fantastic. Got a nice friendly good morning from her. Was asked if I needed any help. We even chatted a few minutes at checkout about life in general. Very pleasant young lady, only place I shop for my auto needs!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They definitely went above and beyond. Showed me proof of how the shop is had recently purchased a battery at was ripping me off. They even removed the old battery and installed the new. I think i found my new auto parts store!!!
