“One clerk recommended a local auto repair place, but I really doubt he knew about them. He just grabbed a card from a bunch of stuff piled on the counter. No one was at that place despite a sign saying open 8:30 to 5:30 Mon. to Fri.
Another pulled up and looked unhappy they were closed.”

“Cannot express how much gratitude I have for all the help yesterday when I came into your store. Ernie at Tires Plus told me my best bet was going across the street to AutoZone and to ask for Bobby Saint. Bobby diagnosed a bad alternator. Being from west central Indiana and 200 miles from home this was not a good thing to hear. Bobby went out of his way to get me the part and put me in contact with a mobile mechanic who changed it and got me under way. I came in the store during the heavy rain around 10:30 and remarkably was headed home just a few hrs later thanks to Micah the Driveway Doc. 5 stars to everyone involved including the folks at Lee nails next door who did my girlfriends nails while we waited! Thanks again!!”
