“I was having a issue with my car which it had all of a sudden became very loud. I called and spoke to him and explained a few things over the phone to him.. Which I am in a wheelchair and have my leg amputated.. We had a brief discussion over the phone and I decided to take it to Ray Norman's Auto and I am so glad I did. He told me to bring it past his shop the next morning at 10am and where it was located which happened to be very close to where I live. I found the shop which seemed kinda in a country setting and off the road a bit but I took it in. Upon looking at it after he put it up on the rack he showed me the issue. My muffler was completely rusted and the pipe needed a piece on it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His pricing was more than fair and he also did everything in his power to make it as cheap as possible on me. He was a real gem and I appreciate how kind he was to me and my son! We waited there til the car was done and enjoyed very much playing with the dogs and puppy that was at the shop. You dont find to many people like him with such hospitality anymore but that day he restored my faith in people and he did wonderful work and was done in a couple hours and everything sounded great! Thank you so much for everything!! I will definitely be back and for anyone having issues I will highly recommend him!! He also had me finished and back home literally within a couple of hours!!”
“These guys are rock stars. Our car would not go in gear after shopping, Fortunately we were only about 100 yards from Bardstown Auto Repair. The owner knew exactly what was wrong, he then brought another employee to the spot our vehicle was, they called a third employee to bring a floor jack. They put it in drive from under the car and we drove it to their shop, they took the car in immediately and 20 minutes later told us to have a nice day! I understand it was only bushings but free!? Amazing. We just moved here from Michigan, where it would have cost minimum 400 and probably more. We love Kentucky!!! Customers for life!! Thanks you Bardstown Auto Repair!! “I love this place! I've gone here for years for tire and brake needs. They are always so accommodating and prompt with service. A while back, my new driver had to go there on her own, and they went above and beyond to help her and make her feel comfortable. Recently, I completely broke down. Even though they didn't have any appointments, they allowed me to have it towed there until they could get to it. Originally, I was told it would be a week before they could get to it; however, I was surprised when they called me the next day with what my issue was and how much the repair would be. I can't imagine going anywhere else!”

“Not only were they available, but they got me in very quickly and assessed the problem I was having with my brakes which was with my brake pads and rotors. They then showed me the old brake pad compared to the new brake pad and they did this with the rotors as well so I could see exactly what they were talking about and why I needed it fixed. Turns out this still didn’t take care of the issue, despite needing to be done anyway. Later, they called me to tell me they needed to change the master cylinder system because my brake pedal was still “spongy,” and they fixed this all within an afternoon, plus they stayed after 5 PM, and gave me a very reasonable price for labor and parts. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed any of their services. And they’re very friendly and easy to talk to! Thanks guys!”
