“Chevy's service department has been very great with my vehicle. I did have a bad experience after buying my first used car there but ever since then they have gone out of their way to do and help take care of any issues and problems I had. I have dealt with other dealership and they won't even try and fix or help you with the remedy they'll just say tough luck but they seem to care I guess that's why I see a lot of cars and trucks on the road with the label pogue on the bumper. I just wish they'd stop putting stickers on and make something that won't deteriorate over the years.”

We know nothing about cars and he provided us with the best choice on the part we needed and gave us all of the assistance that he could provide on how to place this part in the vehicle. He pointed us in the right direction with tools as well and did all of that with an upbeat attitude and provided amazing customer service to us! This store will be our go to for parts or any automotive needs.”

They helped diagnose the issues and let my family and dogs come in to the store to stay cool while waiting to get the battery charged, checked, and a new one installed. “I am so happy to have found a dealership service that is honest, kind and does an efficient job. First time EVER I have gotten out of a dealership service dept. paying less than the quote. I asked to look at the transmission pan after the fluid had been drained. I wanted to learn what it looked like, what to expect. They kindly showed me. I have Ram dealers much closer to where I live but will not return to them. I'm a happy customer of Poque Ram Dealership in Powderly, Kentucky now.”
“I had recently went to another dodge dealership and they had told me all kinds of things was wrong and it was almost $6,000 to fix. When I got up to Kentucky for work I stopped in at Pogue. They looked at my truck told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it for 2800. They didn’t have all the extra stuff on it like the other dealership. The next day my abs light come on, I called them and took the truck back up there. They fixed the problem and put a new sensor in at no charge. Hands down the best ram dealership I’ve been to. All the employees was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.”
“Usually the best place to buy tires online and ship to store. Prices are usually reasonable. Only downside would be , at least at our Beaver Dam Ky Walmart, they are short staffed quite often.”

“Great people. They are friendly and very helpful. I needed a creeper, they didn't have one in stock but had one there for me the same day by noon. You just don't find service like that these days”
