“They're very helpful. The stockers show me where things are located and the manager and cashiers are also very friendly, courteous, helpful, usually fast checking out etc. Sometimes slow depending on how many customers. Easy place to park and enter. Clean and neat. New products are constantly brought in but some desirable items can go quickly on the shelves.”

“This particular Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores to frequent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. While stocking shelves, they are more than willing to help with finding whatever it is that you may be searching for. Bobbyka (I hope I'm spelling that right) has went above and beyond. She goes the extra mile and wants to make sure that people are taken care of. Thank you for your assistances Bobbyka, it made my sister feel so special and seen. We'd been looking for the last year and within a week, you had called me back to let me know stock came in and you'd set aside some things for me to be able to gift my sister. “I guess it's the Christmas season. It was very crowded. A little overwhelming for me today and I'm not that type of person. I was looking for gray felt and I can't find any. I picked up the gray faux, but when I got home it did not work. Always a great place to stop by and see what they've got new!”

“I come to this dollar general all the time- twice so far this weekend- overall it’s always clean and stocked.
Today I went and bought a thermometer and I couldn’t get it to work so I took it back and exchanged it- I again couldn’t get the new one to work. The man working took the time to find a small screw driver and open it up for me- there was a pull tab on the inside of the battery that you couldn’t see: he took the time to open it, fix it, close it back up and on top of that gave me his mini screw driver so it wouldn’t happen again. My son was really sick and I had little to no sleep the night before so this kind gesture meant the world to me”
“I stop by at LEAST twice a week because I know the team here will always take care of me. I’ve been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years and I can say that when you walk into this location, you will be met with kind words and good vibes!!! Just be patient with the employees because this is a busy location but once you get the know the team, the service you will get is definitely worth it!!!”
“i work near this store and visit it every other day for the last 6 months the manager Ladon is always hard at work and the cashier Donna has agreat personality and is friendly and very helpful and i will add funny as well i always leave with a smile or laughing lol last week i was in there and it was a very busy day with the holidays of coarse there was a really long line and the Manager jumped right in ...they were both friendly to every customer making conversation as they were ringing people out i love going to this store it is he cleanest store i have ever been in and you can tell the customers like the staff ... i apoligize i dont know the evenng staff but im sure they are nice as well thumbs up for they day staff !!!!!!!!!”
“Ok, so after my horrible experience at ACE Hardware I still needed a small flower pot and spray bottle. I saw Dollar Tree and thought I'd see if they could meet my needs and they were able. Ok they lose a star since the store was a bit messy but the people working there were knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff gets 5 stars! If you don't need a shovel try there first!”
“Overall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.”

“We stopped at this location Sunday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see that the store was fairly well-stocked and pretty neat and tidy! This is more than I can say for dollar stores around where I live in Kenton county. I complimented the cashier on our way out and she stated that their manager Stephanie has worked very hard to get the store organized and the shelves stocked! I recommend shopping at this location!”
“No because why did I receive the best customer service at this location from Lynette! Went in looking for simple serving trays and found what I thought was perfect! At the register Lynette said, “wait a minute I think you have 4 top lids (she assumed I wasn’t buying 4 tops. Which she was correct. I thought I was buying 2 tops & 2 bottoms). She left the register and walked back with me to ensure I was purchasing the right item! She found the correct bottoms for the trays that I wanted! For thankful for her attentiveness on this wonderful Friday! Lynette is an excellent employee with a pleasant attitude at the Vine St. St.Bernard location!”
“Just came in on Thanksgiving day and the cashier wearing the shirt that said “savage drip” was showing such a positive attitude toward each customer coming through her line, despite being stuck there on a holiday. I usually have a good experience here, but this one really motivated me to leave a review. I have been to many other locations, but this one seems to really care to do a good job and I hope they are being recognized for that.”
“The atmosphere was pleasant . Some shelves were empty . Automotive stuff , hardware & holiday stuff . I miss the Dollar prices . The overall selection was okay . The service was good . The store was very clean . I bought 2 items (paint brushes & masking tape) & it cost way over $3. I think those items are good quality . Quick in , quick out .”
“I like this family dollar because it's big and has a lot of options. You just have to watch the prices. I bought curtain rods and the sign said $6.75 but he rang it up as $7.70. I told him the difference and he changed it. Very nice about the situation.”
