“They're very helpful. The stockers show me where things are located and the manager and cashiers are also very friendly, courteous, helpful, usually fast checking out etc. Sometimes slow depending on how many customers. Easy place to park and enter. Clean and neat. New products are constantly brought in but some desirable items can go quickly on the shelves.”

“I guess it's the Christmas season. It was very crowded. A little overwhelming for me today and I'm not that type of person. I was looking for gray felt and I can't find any. I picked up the gray faux, but when I got home it did not work. Always a great place to stop by and see what they've got new!”

“This family dollars on 125 in Withiamsville is my favorite. Always stocked and open . The staff is friendly they help when needed but don't bother you other wise . Cute kids clothes . Right now the gardening section is loaded with all kinds of ornaments just the cutest stuff .”

“Overall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.”

“This is the first time I've been to the store on Beechmont. It was amazing when I walked in because it's huge. Anyways, I shop clearance and a lot of markdown items because I work for Urgent Care and I like to buy sick kids little goodies. I noticed your clearance items and it had 50% off on top of what they're already marked down so I spent a really good time in that section putting stuff in my basket. I was so excited because I got a lot of stuff for only $10. Amy, who is an employee, is super awesome and nice! My first question was I do get 50% off on top of the already marked down price correct. She did tell me no because the signs aren't down but she will go ahead and give me what I have in my basket since the sign was up. My heart about dropped when she told me no at first because I just spent a really good time going through all that stuff. LOL but she gave me my stuff that I had in my basket and was very nice about it and told me that it's not right to not do it because that's what it says and that's what I saw. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I will definitely be back, and as matter of fact this will probably be my Dollar General I go to for now on. Thank you so much Amy for your time and generosity Dollar General is very lucky to have an employee like you! Keep up the good work!”

“It has a lot of new items. As of April 13th 2026. In this particular Dollar Tree in Eastgate Ohio has new management and he is wonderful I believe his name is Jeff. He answered every question I had which I always have a lot. And then something really crazy happened my friend that is really sick but has been getting better went on a outing so he could get out of the Nursing Home he's been in for the past 6 months. And he's about ready to get out May 1st. And I'm going to be as caregiver. That's besides the point. Hey lady ran her car into him and he fell backwards because he was in his I don't know what it's called it's something like a walker. But he fell backwards hard. And I knew he broke something I just knew it. The management Jeff to great care of him and I. Jeff is very polite very personable and very professional. I don't know how he got there so fast on the scene of the accident. He was insistent on Todd writing an incident report. Todd did not want to write one at first. But I told him that he really needed to to cover him if he needs medical expenses paid and cover the store in case he was really badly injured. Well I took him back to the nursing home and he didn't want me to tell them but he could not get his self in the bed and I cannot lift him in the bed. I'm his best friend and I feel like I wasn't telling on him I was doing the right thing for him. They did x-rays on the spot and he broke his arm and I'm so glad it wasn't his hip. Because he has broke that also in the past. And we went to the Kevin Gates concert when he did that LOL. Even though a very bad thing happened while we were there I cannot complain about the stores for the staff whatsoever. The store was clean put together in the management was on point is the first time in a long time that I've been in that store and they've had good management. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that loves Dollar Trees and that is looking to do crafts or plant plants we're by planners for your plants or planners for your journals I don't know they have everything. They even have pizza pans for $1.50. And I bought the same Pizza Pan at Kroger's for 14.99. And they have beautiful glass pieces I was going to buy off to me for $8 and I got it for $1.25 at this Dollar Tree so definitely recommend. If you haven't been there you should go. “I come to this dollar general all the time- twice so far this weekend- overall it’s always clean and stocked.
Today I went and bought a thermometer and I couldn’t get it to work so I took it back and exchanged it- I again couldn’t get the new one to work. The man working took the time to find a small screw driver and open it up for me- there was a pull tab on the inside of the battery that you couldn’t see: he took the time to open it, fix it, close it back up and on top of that gave me his mini screw driver so it wouldn’t happen again. My son was really sick and I had little to no sleep the night before so this kind gesture meant the world to me”
“I stop by at LEAST twice a week because I know the team here will always take care of me. I’ve been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years and I can say that when you walk into this location, you will be met with kind words and good vibes!!! Just be patient with the employees because this is a busy location but once you get the know the team, the service you will get is definitely worth it!!!”

“Just came in on Thanksgiving day and the cashier wearing the shirt that said “savage drip” was showing such a positive attitude toward each customer coming through her line, despite being stuck there on a holiday. I usually have a good experience here, but this one really motivated me to leave a review. I have been to many other locations, but this one seems to really care to do a good job and I hope they are being recognized for that.”
“The atmosphere was pleasant . Some shelves were empty . Automotive stuff , hardware & holiday stuff . I miss the Dollar prices . The overall selection was okay . The service was good . The store was very clean . I bought 2 items (paint brushes & masking tape) & it cost way over $3. I think those items are good quality . Quick in , quick out .”
“Every time I walk into a Dollar Tree, I find things I had no idea would be on the shelves. Surprisingly, it's a little more promising than "you get what you pay for," at the same time of "don't expect too much," but it's all worth the risk...even with the "increase" in pricing to $1.25, lol. I just hate always having to use self checkout...because 7 times out of 10, I can count on breaking the register in a different way, everytime. ??”
“The store is very dusty in nasty they really need to clean there shelves product had dust all over looks like they haven’t clean in 2 yrs and the employees needs to be drug tested the 2 young man in the white lady with the pink hair be smoking marijuana in the parking lot they asks me did I want to smoke it I said no I don’t smoke and I will be calling corporate on you guys why are y’all in the lot smoking drugs in there’s customers all 3 of them they do it every single day their general manager needs to drug text the employees for sure”

“i work near this store and visit it every other day for the last 6 months the manager Ladon is always hard at work and the cashier Donna has agreat personality and is friendly and very helpful and i will add funny as well i always leave with a smile or laughing lol last week i was in there and it was a very busy day with the holidays of coarse there was a really long line and the Manager jumped right in ...they were both friendly to every customer making conversation as they were ringing people out i love going to this store it is he cleanest store i have ever been in and you can tell the customers like the staff ... i apoligize i dont know the evenng staff but im sure they are nice as well thumbs up for they day staff !!!!!!!!!”
