“We were vacationing at Green Turtle Bay in Grand Rivers when my Cpap mask broke late Friday night. I located this pharmacy through Google because finding a mask is nearly impossible on the weekends. When I called Saturday morning, I was disappointed to learn the home medical supply located at the pharmacy isn't open on Saturdays. However, the manager offered to come in on his day off and help me. Within an hour, they had provided me with a new mask and did it all with a friendly and welcoming smile. This is why everyone should support small businesses. Customer Service isn't always what it used to be, but the folks at Benton Pharmacy will go above and beyond.”

“UPDATE::Thank you and big shout out to the pharmacist Stephanie for contacting me today! I highly appreciate her letting me know this matter has been resolved and am able to pick up my daughters inhalers today! Thank you!Initial Review:The pharmacy tech I spoke with today was wonderful; however, I was informed by a different pharmacy tech yesterday that my daughters medication could be filled today. Then today I was told her medication actually can’t be filled until the 31st (NOT todays techs fault and she was highly apologetic)..Then found out the attachment for her inhalers was the wrong size and was told by the pharmacist they “they can order a bigger size if I wanted.” OBVIOUSLY I DO.As a parent who recently watched their six year old be in respiratory failure and received a diagnoses of asthma with countless doctor appts coming up to be sure that is the official dx and hopefully the only one this is ridiculous.Not to mention that yesterday while having a meeting with the school nurse about her being taken from a local ER to Vanderbilt I had to call the pharmacy to find out if her new inhaler is the same as her old one until the new was filled. They go on to tell me it is hard to tell without looking at it and I asked multiple times for them to look at her info and let me know it is highly important. I gave them her information more than once and the name and amount of each prescription more than once. After 15 minutes still no straight forward answer and asking MULTIPLE times to please let me talk to a pharmacist or someone who could give better insight I finally hung up.This is a pathetic. Not all there are bad some are wonderful but I would gladly fire the idiot with shortish/blondish hair and glasses I spoke with yesterday if I were their employer.”

“While I cannot specifically speak for the pharmacy side of things in its entirety I can absolutely say the most wonderful lady helped me out tonight! When I say I have had a rough day that does not even come close to a vivid enough explanation; however, the customer service I received this evening was phenomenal and she should get a raise! I was too scatterbrained to catch her name but my receipt says her name is Bobbi. Most places an employee would just stroll by while someone is on the floor reading through products for the best option when they’re not sure exactly which product they need but not her! Not only did she assist me with looking through options she got down on the floor with me going through them and helping me figure it out and even touched base with the pharmacist (who was also wonderful) to be certain I had all the information I needed. Then when I was ready to play Tetris with my products and head to the counter she insisted she get me a basket to make it easier and ran to grab one for me. 100/10 experience. I truly hope she will see this review and know I am extremely grateful for her kindness and help and that she made a tough day much brighter!”
