“Great hometown style pharmacy i stopped using the big chain type pharmacy due to trust issues they caused many years ago and came here and this place is great, pretty much all the employees and owner know you by name as you walk in the door they are always smiling.
They go put of their way to make sure you are well taken care of.

“After years of traveling with work I have to say Strawberry Hills has always been on point every single time I have been in for pickup, if the drive thru has few cars in it I walk in, from the parking spot its about 60 ft to the door, I have one that is compounded in house and never have I had any issues. I have been stationed in paducah going to Strawberry hills now for 5 years and I could not find any reason to reduce from the 5 star review.”
“Did you know that the pharmacy, cafe does NOT need a membership to purchase from!!!!Now to the pharmacy. One of the best pharmacies in our area. Great people, great service. Not a huge line/wait. If the pharmacy is out of medication, they get the next day. Just love them there!!!”

“I’m giving 4 stars because the lady over the pick up was very rude and didn’t care to listen about my missing item. She rushed me to talk I say that cause her words was I need you to hurry up and tell me what’s the problem I have an order to take out. When I said excuse me ma’am I have already paid for mine and asked was she a supervisor she said yes and it was very shocking how she handled the situation long story short she hung up on me because I explained that she was being rude and I’m trying to explain what I was charged for.
The stars are for the store manger who handle the situation she was the best and she is the reason I will continue to go to this Kroger”
“Lead pharmacist (I’m pretty sure that’s what the name tag said) tonight went out of her way to help me with a new prescription that wasn’t covered on my insurance. She helped me save a ton of money and so patient through the whole process, lowest cost medicines around and they go the extra mile to help you save. I was in and out in minutes too. Pharmacy we’ve been using previously has NEVER done anything like that. Thanks lady!”
“I go here to get most of my prescriptions filled and I’ve never experienced any problems. I usually drop them off and just wait on them to get filled, I always get a text (you can sign up for text notifications in the Walmart app under pharmacy) when my prescriptions are ready and I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my prescriptions. The staff is great and super friendly, the pharmacists are awesome, they have always gone over my medicines with me to make sure I’ve taken it before and if not they will explain the possible side effects. So in my opinion this is all I could really ask for from a pharmacy and is why I would highly recommend Walmart Pharmacy to anyone.”

“I went in there because I was having issues with my grandson’s breathing machine. Jeff was amazing helping me out and actually took the time out to trouble shoot the problem. He fixed me right up and I left with new tubing and a new breathing machine. Amazing customer service hands down!”
