The trout was amazing. The chocolate dessert was delicious. The fried chicken was good . The spoon bread had been overcooked That is really a souffle, and when overcooked it gets burned on top and in the ramekin very quickly. I am glad they stopped serving just a thigh as fried chicken.

Love staying at Boone Tavern hotel and the Crafted is a lovely place to dine. We ate there for breakfast both days of our stay and it was a very nice experience and the food was great.

We were for Brunch. I had the Chicken salad croissant and my friend had the Fried chicken sliders on homemade biscuits. We both enjoyed our food, the atmosphere and our service.
