“I have been staying here for around two and a half years when I am in Berea. Every time I return the folks have improved things even more. I was allowed to have my dog Cooper here for a short time. Parking is plentiful and rooms are roomy. A wonderful cleaner lady keeps my room clean and towels fresh. I stayed here during the winter and my room was always warm and sheets were clean I was able to watch TV and pop corn and be nice and cozy. Today is almost 100degrees so I played hooky and stayed inside, and it is cool here in my room. Anytime something is in need of attention the host is right on it. The hills here very down homeand this gives this place a homelike Kentucky feel. I meet my friends who like to stay here too. I always call for a reservation when I first get into town. When a festival is going on the place fills up quickly.”

“Read a bunch of reviews and needed to update everyone. Our room was $88. Dirt cheap for around the area. To my surprise our room was spotless. Clean room, clean bathroom, very very nice. The front desk lady was great. Nice and pleasant. No breakfast but for what you saved on the room, go the block to McDonald's like we did. Thank you for the quick sleep and back on the road to Michigan.”
“Crafted is inside the historic Boone Tavern and is absolutely beautiful like the hotel. The dining experience was wonderful, with delicious spoon bread served quickly table side with fresh butter and excellent hospitality. This restaurant is inviting to all, comfortably allowing you to enjoy your meal and maybe even some chance fellowship with passing guests or neighboring patrons. Our Marry-me-chicken (Valentine's Day dinner) was filling and flavorful while being reasonably priced for a couple out to dinner. We will definitely return as this is a great choice in this area for an awesome time. Plus it's a great way to support Berea College students on their future endeavors offering a way for these young adults to graduate debt free!”
