She was very informative and knowledgeable about the products, helped me transfer everything and made me feel very comfortable with the new phone.I drive to the Berea Cricket store from Richmond just because of the service and knowledgeable. The employee spent time to make sure I was well informed before I left the store.Can't recall the employees name, but she is a super star.”
