“We had batteries replaced in two very old phones. They had one battery in stock and had to order the second one. As soon as it arrived, they notified me and I was able to have it installed. Excellent customer service and quick walk-in turnaround.”
“It’s rare anymore that you receive the kind of service I received at Boost Mobile in Richmond KY by associate Anthony! Anthony was helpful from the moment I opened the door, he went the extra step and time on every issue I could throw at him… when I open my business I’m going to steal him away from Boost!?”
“Mia is Wonderful in the Richmond store. The 1-800 customer service reps could learn a lot from her. They should give the store managers more ability to handle customer issues so that they don't have to call the 1-800 number. Period.”
“Came in with an issue I've had with my phone for quite sometime. Nobody could figure out what was wrong. Jeff took his time until the issue was resolved! Excellent employee service 👏”
