They forgot to give my 88 year old dad everything he needed for his phone to work..When he went back in they put him in a queue behind people.Nope, your fault, fix him before you move on.Still waiting...I've recommended a better service for him...

Recently upgraded my phone. My good deal to upgrade to a new phone wasn't explained clearly enough as far as my billing changes, and now I'm paying way more per month than I expected. In the future I will be prepared to pay the difference for the phone rather than paying monthly on my bill for it.
