“I was not happy when I got my car towed. But it was my fault. So why be upset with someone for the mistake I made? When I called this particular business they were very polite and handled everything. When I got my car back, it was in the same condition that I left it in. These people are very professional and even though I hope my car never gets towed again, I will be calling them when/if my keys ever get locked in my car or if I simply just need a tow.”

They were able to fit me in on short notice, did such good work that you can't tell the accident even happened, worked very quickly with a set appointment, all under budget of every other place I called, and were super friendly as well. Their customer service was awesome ( Lady who works the front desk was especially helpful) They were nice on the phone while I badgered them for updates because I missed my car. They gave me an accurate completion date. They went the extra mile and when I noticed a defect when I came in to pick it up they fixed it completely and even gave me a ride back to work since I had turned in my rental. Highly recommend. “I thought I had a lot of work I needed on my Mercury Milan grill and front end of car which was
zip tied together to keep it from dragging on the road. I met Darko and Danijel and they looked it over said I just needed a couple nuts and bolts because my cars older and I didn’t need to spend anymore money on replacing the front end. They got my grill together in about 15 minutes
They are also fixing my passenger side mirror that’s just dangling but held together by duct tape right now and them fixing that isn’t as much as I thought it was gonna be. These guys don’t take advantage of little old ladies like most car guys, mechanics do. I need to ask them if my car is put together enough to handle a car wash cause it needs a car wash really bad and because I think my car a gonna fall apart if I gave it a car washThere rates are better than any other body shop I’ve been to. I strongly recommend this place if you need your car put back together like I did cause me here! Thanks Clifton from Tried and True for recommending them. They’re the best!!! Good people!
