“I thought I had a lot of work I needed on my Mercury Milan grill and front end of car which was zip tied together to keep it from dragging on the road. I met Darko and Danijel and they looked it over said I just needed a couple nuts and bolts because my cars older and I didn’t need to spend anymore money on replacing the front end. They got my grill together in about 15 minutes They are also fixing my passenger side mirror that’s just dangling but held together by duct tape right now and them fixing that isn’t as much as I thought it was gonna be. These guys don’t take advantage of little old ladies like most car guys, mechanics do. I need to ask them if my car is put together enough to handle a car wash cause it needs a car wash really bad and because I think my car a gonna fall apart if I gave it a car washThere rates are better than any other body shop I’ve been to. I strongly recommend this place if you need your car put back together like I did cause me here! Thanks Clifton from Tried and True for recommending them. They’re the best!!! Good people! Great rates you should bring your car here!!!!”

“Great people to work with! I had two claims with my ins co: one for a front bumper replacement and the other for the quarter panel for the back of my car. I dropped off my vehicle along with my deductible payment to start the work and they finished in a few days because I was going out of town. Vehicle looked great! For the second claim, I had to go out of town and dropped my vehicle off to be worked on while I was gone. It wasn't ready when I got back because the shop was closed due to the weather – a cold front with snow came through. There were about 51 hrs left of work to be done. So, they needed a full week to finish the job. By the following Monday, my vehicle was ready by noon. It looked like a brand new car. Mike was easy to work with and delivered.”

The damage was minor but 3 big name body shops wanted too much money too much time without my car so I found Jeff at Millers Body Shop and he’s such a great guy. He just wants to help people I brought it to him. He told me it would take two hours not a week or two and told me what the price was and I paid him cash cause I didn’t wanna go through my insurance company he has went over and beyond. I tipped him an extra $20. You know no one car insurance involved and no big body shops involved. They want to replace the bumper the flat behind the tire and there was nothing wrong with it so please if you have a minor I don’t know about big jobs but you need to go and talk to him. he’s great.”

“I was not happy when I got my car towed. But it was my fault. So why be upset with someone for the mistake I made? When I called this particular business they were very polite and handled everything. When I got my car back, it was in the same condition that I left it in. These people are very professional and even though I hope my car never gets towed again, I will be calling them when/if my keys ever get locked in my car or if I simply just need a tow.”

“I absolutely recommend the Bowling Green Kentucky shop if you have service needs. For a large company they provide hometown level local service. I have to send a special thank you to Jim at this location for going above and beyond helping this military spouse. My husband is currently in Washington DC and I was trying to fix a broken tailgate latch. I had tried everything to remove a nut off a bolt and had no luck. I stopped by this shop to ask for advice. A lovely blonde haired young woman directed me to the wait area and said Jim would help. It would only take a minute and offered me a cold water. In litterally 3 min Jim came back and to my surprise my nut was not only off the busted pull but he must have seen the new one I was going to pop on in the floorboard and installed it for me. As a military veteran wife I can not thank this shop enough. Taking off a nut and popping on 2 bolts for a pull add up to more than words can say. 🇺🇸 This is the kind of American spirit of helping one another that we need now more than ever. A simple act says a lot about how a company operates. I want my money spent at places who show they care about the people in their community and customers. If I ever need collision services I know exactly where I'll go. 5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH. 🇺🇸 THANK YOU 🇺🇸”
