“I’ve been with this storage facility for over 4 years now, so I’ve definitely had the opportunity to see changes over time. Since the new owners took over, I’ve been really impressed with the improvements they’ve made and the effort they’ve put into making the facility better for their customers.
I recently had a few concerns come up, and I was honestly impressed with how quickly they addressed them. They were responsive, helpful, and handled everything with a sense of urgency. It’s refreshing to have owners who actually listen to their customers and take concerns seriously.
After being here for 4+ years, I can genuinely say I’m happy to continue being a customer. The improvements, customer service, and willingness to make things better definitely haven’t gone unnoticed. I appreciate the new ownership and the effort they’re putting into the property and their customers. Highly recommend!!!”
“The location recommended for me in the U-Haul app was definitely the right one. When the app was running slow and not wanting to connect right the lady inside the location decided to help me try and using her computer also finding out that they were running slow but in the end she was able to help me complete my reservation and pick up for my truck. She was very friendly and patient. It's nice to know there's no nice people and compassionate and understanding that sometimes and some days things just don't go right for some people and I pick up day was just going wrong about all day long. I highly recommend this location as do others that I know that have rented from this place.”
