“We used 2 large units (Old Nashville Rd location, behind The Southern Apartments) between moves. They were able to accommodate us quickly without any drama. Very reasonable pricing. Good storage, easy access, they gave us locks, *not climate controlled* - basic metal building storage on concrete. It was easy to get in/out with a pickup and trailer. If a security gate is important to you, this one is broken as of 3/5/2020, but it’s just not a busy area so we weren’t worried. Also, one unit would get wet on one side on the ground - we’re storing things from a barn and don’t care (don’t expect non-climate controlled storage to be 100% dry) - keep it in mind if you’re storing grandma’s precious linens...or maybe that’s where you put the things you secretly want to get rid of ;-)”

“I rented a U-Haul car dolly for one day, picking it up in Franklin Kentucky Saturday 9:30 AM and returning it to this Campbell Lane Bowling Green U-Haul location the same day at 1:00 PM. The U-Haul employee checked me in on Saturday and even help me remove the car dolly from my truck. However the next day I received an email Indicating I had been charged a late fee, because their records show that I didn’t return the car dolly until Sunday at 10 AM. I guess the U-Haul employee forgot to complete the process or something when he checked me in but now I’ve been charged a late fee. I called this location to alert them of their mistake and they seem very dismissive and weren’t too concerned.I’m giving two stars instead of one because the Franklin U-Haul location were very helpful and friendly.UPDATE:The owner reached out by email within 3 days and provided a refund for the extra day I had been charged by mistake. I’ve changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars, because other than that mistake the service was good.”
