“My son is a student at WKU, but we are from New Hampshire We needed to find a safe, clean, affordable and easy storage place where we could store his dorm items for the summer in the heat without them getting nasty for school four months later. Affordable storage was so great! Stephanie is so nice, accommodating and quick to pick up the phone. I tend to fumble around with combinations and locks. She and the crew couldn't have been more patient and kind. My son's stuff was in a climate controlled unit, at a very reasonable price, and unpacking today for sophomore year was a breeze. All items as though I had stored them at home! Very grateful we found this wonderful company. Highly recommend.”
“I’ve been with this storage facility for over 4 years now, so I’ve definitely had the opportunity to see changes over time. Since the new owners took over, I’ve been really impressed with the improvements they’ve made and the effort they’ve put into making the facility better for their customers.
I recently had a few concerns come up, and I was honestly impressed with how quickly they addressed them. They were responsive, helpful, and handled everything with a sense of urgency. It’s refreshing to have owners who actually listen to their customers and take concerns seriously.
After being here for 4+ years, I can genuinely say I’m happy to continue being a customer. The improvements, customer service, and willingness to make things better definitely haven’t gone unnoticed. I appreciate the new ownership and the effort they’re putting into the property and their customers. Highly recommend!!!”

“Dylan Poore was the highlight to me and my fiances 5 day road trip, no over exaggeration, we came to U-Haul expecting a reservation placed by a third party company, unfortunately there wasn't room due to construction, even though that was not Dylan's U-Haul's problem, he still helped us for the next hour trying to find another place to reserve for our camper storage and also helped use verify that there was a trailer available for rent at that same location, what are the odds! Incredible service, Dylan definitely goes the extra mile for anyone that comes through that door. Thank you again!”
