I was in a pickle today and reached out to them..what an amazing team!! They found me the car I asked for (with 3 hours notice) and delivered it to the airport parking lot where we flew in. The car is clean, the staff are amazing, and they went above and beyond for me!!! I LOVE BUDGET IN BOWLING GREEN!!!

For a rental, the SUV was fine. It was comfortable, clean, people were polite. The SUV had an oil change reminder, so not sure of their maintenance.

Made a reservation. Got to the local Budget, and they had no cars. I was in an emergency and couldn't find a car to get back home with.
