Booked a vehicle months in advance with Enterprise which was confirmed by phone, Enterprise calls me 24 hours before my pickup time to tell me they cancelled my reservation with no alternative vehicle available.
Now i'm leaving in less than 24 hours and all the cars are gone literally everywhere......
I walked in and explained my situation to the guy behind the counter, told him I came all the way up from Clarksville and what happened with Enterprise and he went above and beyond and then some. He had the exact vehicle Enterprise cancelled on me, it was ready to go and available for pickup right then and there.
This guy had great customer service skills, was very professional and did a hell of a good job. He had me in and out of there keys in hand faster than any other place i've gotten a car from. He did everything he could possibly do to get me what I needed for the duration I needed it for and a great price as well. Whatever they pay that guy, he deserves a raise!

“Rented from the Russellville rd location a few times. The employees are nice and move fast to get you in and out. The only hold up is the cars are not on a full tank so you have to stop to get gas as soon as you get the car. However you just have it on a half when you return it, personally I would like to start with a full and return it on full. I will be back at the location. Also really like the scottsville rd location! Nice vehicles and nice employees! Both offices are clean.”
