“My experience with FMO from start to finish was fantastic! The customer care, service and ease of purchase far exceeded my expectations. Cheyne was absolutely incredible! I needed a sofa sleeper and he took me through the buying process seamlessly. He was also able to get it scheduled to be delivered quickly. It was delivered on time and efficiently. The gentlemen who delivered it were awesome. I am in a third floor apartment and it was NOT easy, but they were so nice about it. I highly recommend this store. Always pretty clean and very well stocked, the employees are also absolutely wonderful at this location!
The only downside is that for being the only Target in Bowling Green, you'd really think they'd at least upgrade this Target to include some of the features of bigger Targets: more grocery selection, food court options, etc. Even Owensboro has way more offerings than this Target.”
“We want to thank Maria Harris (salesperson) for reading our review and responding to us. As soon as she saw we had issues with customer service, she and her manager personally came to our house to make it right. Can’t say enough good things about her and her manager. Word of advice, choose 5 on the menu should you have an issue with an order, even though 5 is to place a new order and not to address issues with existing order. This will put you through to the store and hopefully your sales person. Customer service call center is a disaster for this store and should be reorganized with a new mission statement asap. Horrible response and treatment of customers. The people there absolutely do not care how hard the store worked to get the sale or if you are satisfied with your purchase.”

They were calling me, (but I didn't know that the number was coming up Scam Likely) and was butt hurt because I thought they forgot about me and kicked me to the curb. But Wonder Woman ( Ms. Gwen) sent Batman and Robin (her accounting associates) to my rescue! Shout out to y'all! Thank you ?! No disrespect intended!”
