“Rich Pond Hardware has always been a great place to go for home, farm, and miscellaneous items. I was wanting a Case knife, and like always, they had a great selection, great prices, and very friendly workers who assisted me as soon as I walked in the door. This store is a great asset to our community.”
“I stopped by Ace Hardware to grab a sprinkler part. The staff was friendly and knew exactly what I needed. The store’s layout made it easy to find things, though the selection is a bit smaller since it's a smaller location. Prices were a little on the high side but not too bad. The place was clean and well-kept. If they’ve got what you need, I’d definitely recommend it—great people and quick help”
“Dustin in the appliances department of the Bowling Green KY Home Depot-- is the kindest customer service rep. His patience and willingness to help my mother and sister with a new washing machine was unparalleled. They are a bit challenged and he showed them respect and true gentleness, even in what became a difficult situation. I missed the opportunity to do a company survey but encouraging folks who live in BG to feel confident with home appliance buying here. I live in New York State now after growing up in BG and we do not enjoy the same customer service experience where I live. Not even close. Thank you!”
“I wanted to buy some Scott center pull paper towels that were shown to be in stock at the 31w bypass bowling green location. I live about 40 minutes from the store so I went to pick up these paper towels and the girl I spoke with at the counter could not find a location and recommended I speak with a manager the next day so I did and the lady manager said they were for store use only even though it showed there were 4 units in stock and available for pickup. I asked if I could purchase 1 box since we have an item number and price per the website and she said no. Honestly she was neither nice about it nor friendly at all and to be honest I don’t see myself ever going back to this store especially after making a trip out there to purchase the towels then being put off a extra day then to be rudely denied the ability to pickup theses towels. I realize this may not be very important to the manager but I needed these for the restroom at our church and now we wont have any and it was very unavoidable. I’m very disappointed in this store, especially the service of the manager and my entire experience! I have been a loyal Ace customer for years and have spent a lot of money with Ace but this experience is almost to much to get over.”

“First time there to get a CO2 for a new business's beer tap. Friendly front desk, explained to me that they only will exchange tanks rather than fill your own. Plenty of parking, easy Google map instructions.”
“My wife and I went in to Home Depot today to purchase a new range for our kitchen. Dustin Kulka was working in the kitchen and appliance department of the store. He went above and beyond to help us and answer all of our questions. He was so polite and friendly which is so nice. He answered all of our questions and provided amazing customer service.”

“Would have given 5 ☆s BUT, I had to use the bathroom. .their bathroom is now code locked. An employee must let you in. I get it, theft and loss are a real issue BUT I had to pee! No cleanup on aisle 8 though as an employee used their code and allowed me access.”
