AFTER UNLOADING MOVE TANDEMS FULL FORWARD BEFORE LEAVING. BURGER KING, POPEYES AND HARDEES NEARBY.”

His patience and willingness to help my mother and sister with a new washing machine was unparalleled. They are a bit challenged and he showed them respect and true gentleness, even in what became a difficult situation. I missed the opportunity to do a company survey but encouraging folks who live in BG to feel confident with home appliance buying here. I live in New York State now after growing up in BG and we do not enjoy the same customer service experience where I live. Not even close. Thank you!”

Most of the time they have what I need and if they don't there's a 99% chance I can order it on the stockyard and have it shipped to the store or directly to my house at a discounted rate. I would have given 5 stars but as an employee we are not permitted to take advantage of the price match guarantee AND use our employee discount...it has to be one or the other.”

“I would like to give a shoutout to Garrett at the Bowling Green, KY Lowes. He helped me on Friday night, 1/2/26. He made my shopping experience at this particular Lowes the best I have ever had. He helped me find 2 compact refrigerators and load them onto a platform truck, which he went and got for me because I had a regular shopping cart. He took that cart back for me. He later helped me find a wireless doorbell, actually 2, because the one I was looking for was not in stock. He took me to the register and gave me a discount on the 2 doorbells because I was looking for a wireless doorbell kit with 2 buttons, but it was not in stock even though it said it was in stock online. The ones I purchased were the last 2 wireless doorbells of that kind. He then wheeled the platform truck out to my vehicle and loaded the refrigerators into my vehicle. He provided me with exceptional customer service so I wanted to reward him in some way, even if it is just a nice Google review. I very much appreciate his kindness, knowledge and helpfulness. “We’ve had HomeWorks out twice now for shelving in a master closet, guest bedroom closet, utility room as well as the glass for our tiled shower. Could not be happier with everything they’ve done.
