Menards is a very large store with a huge selection that includes almost anything. They sell lighting, fireplaces, electrical items, plumbing supplies, lumber, windows, doors, major appliances, motor oil, blinds, clothing, toys, and even grocery items like cereal and cake mix. Prices are excellent and typically better than the competition, aided by an 11% rebate. The store is clean, never overcrowded, and smells great. Customer service is generally great, with nice, helpful, and kind staff, though it can vary by department. Some departments, like blinds, windows, and doors, receive high praise, while others may lack specific knowledge but remain friendly and try to assist. The store layout requires a lot of walking, and loading building supplies involves a drive to the back. Overall, it is a store that impresses visitors with its vast inventory and good value.
I've shopped at the blue and the orange stores for years. I jist found Menards a few months ago and am so impressed! The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are great, and they always seem to have exactly whats needed. Even the bathrooms are impressive!

Was so happy to finally find friendly service, and what I needed. I went to Lowes in Gallatin tn yesterday was very disappointed and left my cart sitting there, I went the extra 15min out of my way but it was worth it. Dennis
