“Nice big rooms with kitchen and living area. For breakfast they had a chobani section to make your own yogurt and pizza. Laundry facility is right next to the gym. They had 3 washer and 3 dryer. $2.25 per load. The machine were new and we were able to complete our laundry without any issues.”

“Nice hotel for a quick stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was in good proximity to restaurants and such too.Only small gripe is that it seems the patrons bring in a lot of boot/construction site personnel who track a lot of mud/dirt into the common areas. Hotel staff was doing their best to contain it but at least during my stay they seemed to be getting a bit outnumbered.”

“I had accidentally booked Hyatt Place KY when i needed ohio. Both Hyatt chat and hyatt reservations told me my reservation was non refundable and non transferable. Daniel, the front desk supervisor at HP, KY. was more than happy to understand the human error and fully refund me so i could book in ohio. Restored my faith in Hyatt (kentucky at least). Thanks Daniel!”

“Honestly, it was a great hotel. And good stay. The only complaint is the beds. It was so hard and uncomfortable. Maybe it's just me. But for all the nice updates and newer style rooms. It sucks that the beds are so firm. Take that away, and the rest was all positive. Don't let that keep you from booking. It's a great deal. I just wanted to share that. And for any EV owners. They have charging stations, which is a nice amenity.Rooms: Clean and updated.Food & drinks: Near a lot of restaurants and the mall.”

“We stayed for one night on our way south. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hallway carpets are due to be replaced. The breakfast was very good. They have someone keeping an eye out for something that needs to be refilled. They have a nice dispenser for fresh brewed coffee and for hot chocolate. Easy access to I65.”

“I sometimes eat here at the cafe in the morning for breakfast. It is an awesome buffet in the morning and always great food. Staff is always warm and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone either staying at the hotel, or just wanting to enjoy a great breakfast buffet. Just remember when the hotel is full to realize there will be a wait, but most other times you can get set pretty easily. So, for sure check this place out!”

“This was a room like no other! The Kentucky Penthouse on the 4th floor is huge and beautifully decorate with a spectacular view of lovely Downtown Bowling Green. The bed was a dream, the rain shower spacious and the jettub was the icing on the cake.We walked across the street to see the HotRods play baseball after a fine meal at Hickory Oak, a restaurant less than a blk away.Nearby activities: I thought the manager? Owner? His name is Ali. He was super kind and helpful. He understands hospitality to a capital T. Great job, Ali! Thank you for your help.Walkability: The historic Fountain square is one blk, the performing arts center is next door, farmers market, public ice skating rink, too many good things to do and see on foot to list. Ps the Thai restaurant is wonderful 2 blks away.”

“Don't stay here. The room smelled like an alcoholic chain smoked cigarettes and marijuana in it for a month, and I've seen what that looks like before it's been cleaned. Sheets had cigarette burn marks in it and a strange mystery yellow stain. Towels were stained and not clean, along with the coffee maker. Mattress topper looked new, but that's suspicious and who knows what's encapsulated inside. The man who gave me a refund on the room after 30 minutes was understanding and didn't argue, which I appreciated.Rooms: Gross, uncleaned, not up to quality inn standards.Walkability: It's built in a concrete sprawl with only reasonable access to a Mexican restaurant next door.Noteworthy details: Room smelled like marijuana. Noisy. Outside entrances with doors that didn't seal well.”
