“I would like to give a shoutout to Garrett at the Bowling Green, KY Lowes. He helped me on Friday night, 1/2/26. He made my shopping experience at this particular Lowes the best I have ever had. He helped me find 2 compact refrigerators and load them onto a platform truck, which he went and got for me because I had a regular shopping cart. He took that cart back for me. He later helped me find a wireless doorbell, actually 2, because the one I was looking for was not in stock. He took me to the register and gave me a discount on the 2 doorbells because I was looking for a wireless doorbell kit with 2 buttons, but it was not in stock even though it said it was in stock online. The ones I purchased were the last 2 wireless doorbells of that kind. He then wheeled the platform truck out to my vehicle and loaded the refrigerators into my vehicle. He provided me with exceptional customer service so I wanted to reward him in some way, even if it is just a nice Google review. I very much appreciate his kindness, knowledge and helpfulness. “We had a great experience with HOMEWORKS BG. The man who came to measure for the shower door & to give an estimate was very friendly & communicative. We ordered a couple of weeks ago. Today the install guys text us to see if they could install today. Both men were very friendly, got the door installed very quickly, less than 45 minutes. They took all their garbage with them & cleaned up after themselves! I was very pleased with Homeworks BG & everyone we dealt with, from the showroom lady to the finished product were A+”
