“The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even let us and the kids pet and play with some of their store pets.Prices are a bit high but not a ton of local options. We left with what we came for, a Sulcata Tortoise.”
“This place has a little of everything. Birds, cats, dogs, reptiles, you name it and they probably have it. I did not like that the cat they had roaming around was sitting on the counter when I went to check out. I asked if it was friendly and was told yes, only for it to bite me when I went to rub it. Maybe they should keep their animals in a cage if they aren't the best customer friendly animals. Bad representation of the store.”

“The aquariums with live fish to purchase were much smaller than I encountered at several other pet smarts. Was disappointed in substrate selection , and aquarium chemicals as well. But very clean and lots of people offered help and wanted me to order online, but that's not always an option.”
