I went to buy hermit crabs from here and within 6 days they were both dead. They only had 3 crabs in store and one of them looked dead already so I assume there was a health issue with all of the crabs.

6 dead beta fish on display, the rest were also in deplorable condition. Very blasé reaction from the employee when notified. Doesn’t really leave the best taste in my mouth to give my business to a company that is so reckless with their animal life.

You know I've taken my mom's dog Belle here many times to get groomed and this time I get she had matting on her bum and I probably should have been more clear to not shave her to the skin all over but I'm upset. So are my parents who are her main humans. I did NOT like how I asked to have her shaved and trimmed up to look clean and got her ENTIRELY bald when I picked her up.
There are MULTIPLE small Knicks in her fur that are skin tight/deep and she's been hiding from us. I was told she needed dematting on her butt ONLY no one told me she was going bald!
I honestly figured she'd have her bum just a bit more bare and a tidy short cut to blend it in. Unexpected and really unexceptional.only thing they even did with what I asked was clean her ears up and make it short and clean.
I understand I and my family haven't brought her in but money is tight and we had not been able to, even got asked a few weeks ago why I hadn't brought her in and I explained it's money was tight... Got her back and they trimmed her nail too short. Now she won't even let us take care of her paws. Yeah, last visit and the one before - I'm honest to goodness not happy with.

This pet store has pet supplies, and you can get some really cute pet tags made there, they also do pet grooming and training services there. I only saw two cats there on my visit. So If you're looking for a new pet, Petco will probably be a better choice as they have a lot more pets to choose from. AND If you plan to take your pet to the walk in grooming clinic to get their nails trimmed make sure that you Bring Proof of Rabies Shot Records with you. Your pet wearing his rabies tag with the date on it, is not enough proof for them.

Let's face it, any place I can bring my dog into is always a plus for me. They always have what I need at the store and the service is the best. Why wouldn't it be? My dog gets very excited when we pull up and she knows it's treat time.

A good place for getting a dogs hair cut but a little pricey although they do great work.
