Monday, I realized we do not possess a key for the unit. I reached out to Rebecca and she has made this process stress free. She responded in a timely manner to ALL my emails and she went above and beyond her duties to make sure we could get into the unit before Friday.”

“I loved how easy it was to get a unit here. I did it all on my phone. Got a unit twice the size I had at another place for $10 more than I was paying elsewhere. Easy access and very secure. The only problem I have is how heavy and cumbersome the roll up door is to lift. Sometimes I can’t do it by myself and have to bring someone to help me. Otherwise I am glad I moved my belongings here.”
