“First time here, visiting for holidays from out of town. Someone at a nearby thrift store (St. Teresa's) recommended we visit BHbb.
We really loved the way BHbb is organized.
From the men's clothing area to festive sequins and cocktail dresses... to designer purses... and the HUGE shoe selection... it's so easy to find your size and style.
Large racks are sorted by size, color and occasion. Sweaters, coats, dresses, athleticwear, it's all here and well priced.
If you like gently used, quality name brand clothing, you must check it out!

“#1...Matt and his associates are an extremely great group of people to be in this store - friendly, very helpful, welcomes everyone into the store, store is well stocked, clean and always in order, has a great stock of shoes, offers to order if not in stock, hires the same type of people he is to work for him, they all make you feel like you are the only customer that they have even if they are extremely busy. I have seen them work with and value each customer in the store. I absolutely cannot say enough great things about the store and the employees there. I have purchased a lot of shoes from them because of the service and friends they have become.”

My husband of course went back later to purchase (having no clue except color ?) Sonya the store manager was so kind and helpful! “Nats sporting goods store was a great stop in kentucky.We came from wisconsin to see mammoth cave and we stopped at Nats and the front desk people were super friendly. And we had purchased fahlo bracelets, which is you buy the bracelet and you can track an animal that you just donated to help. And my eldest son had gotten a shark bracelet. I had gotten a red panda and my youngest got a gorilla. All different bracelets all made with natural stones and I got home and we were going to look up the animals with the QR to see where our animals were located, and I washed my eldest. Sons QR Code so we couldn't track the animal. I reached out to the company and they said that I needed a receipt. I remember the price of the purchase and spoke to the lady who checked me out and she was able to look up my receipt and send it to me. I am over the moon.These people are so friendly and so amazing.And go way above and beyond, if anyone is going to kentucky, they should stop at the store If in the area!!!!”
“I went to find a pair of tennis shoes that were just right for ME (fyi, not a runner). Patrick and Jeff are awesome ! I felt like I was listened to and fitted with a pair that met all my activity needs.

“Very good franchise store, which I have visited at other locations so far. And now, while staying for a few days on business here in Bowling Green, I decided to do some shopping today. ? I'm pleased with their service, that is very nice and helpful. And their products are definitely in very good quality.?? I found a very nice long sleeve shirt for myself. ? Liked it very much and just bought it.?
Very good store, strongly recommend it.”
“I have found several pairs of shoes there. They have great brands (Brooks, Altra, On Cloud, New Balance, etc). You can find dress shoes, boots, sandals along with the athletic shoes for usually around half off of retail price.
Their inventory changes so every time you go you will see something different which is great. On the flip side you may go and they don't have anything you like in your size.”
“Very nice play facility! Lots for the kids to do and the age-range of toys is super helpful for when you have multiple kids. I appreciate the tidy bathrooms and the neat tables and chairs adults can sit at. The toys seemed well taken care of and mostly clean. Sometimes scheduling/hours aren't great, minus a star there, but weekend open play times are posted on FB and if you catch them then you can work it out!”

“Updated review: 1/9/2025 (Greenwood Mall) My son wanted to go back, so we went. I wish I would've gotten the young man's name that helped us, he was absolutely wonderful, could not ask for better customer service, he patiently answered our questions and helped my son pick what shoes he wanted to buy (he is very undecisive). The young lady there was helpful as well, I even opened an account this time. Lol.”
“The two employees who helped us today (tall guy and lady with orange hair, I'm sorry I didn't get their names) were so great.
We had our two kids and you could tell they were experienced with helping.
They asked us helpful questions and were able to direct us to which wall we needed for their sizes and they helped our son narrow down which type of shoe and style he might like.
They were also VERY patient with him when he had a hard time.
I appreciated their positive attitudes. It's so important when kids are already choosing something new that feels different. They kept up with jokes and kept them laughing.
I just really really appreciated them.
And I appreciate their support too and they didn't make us feel stressed with the kids having a hard time listening. They didn't give us a hard time or attitude.
