“The location recommended for me in the U-Haul app was definitely the right one. When the app was running slow and not wanting to connect right the lady inside the location decided to help me try and using her computer also finding out that they were running slow but in the end she was able to help me complete my reservation and pick up for my truck. She was very friendly and patient. It's nice to know there's no nice people and compassionate and understanding that sometimes and some days things just don't go right for some people and I pick up day was just going wrong about all day long. I highly recommend this location as do others that I know that have rented from this place.”
“I loved how easy it was to get a unit here. I did it all on my phone. Got a unit twice the size I had at another place for $10 more than I was paying elsewhere. Easy access and very secure. The only problem I have is how heavy and cumbersome the roll up door is to lift. Sometimes I can’t do it by myself and have to bring someone to help me. Otherwise I am glad I moved my belongings here.”
