After I noticed the parcel stalled out at a distribution center for several days, I called the Brodhead post office and an exceptional employee named Jenette took my call and looked into the matter. She was able to help resolve the issue quickly and get my package moving again. Not only did she initially help, she followed up my parcel and alerted me to another potential issue it could incur, allowing me to mitigate the potential issue before it happened. “We're blessed to have such an amazing USPS team here!! I've had lots of problems with Fedex, but not our local post office! The one time I had a package misplaced our local USPS solved it quickly and gave me peace of mind because believe me, I panicked! I have been doing business with this post office since the end of 2021 and they all deserve raises and credit where it is due. Also give them some grace because they've got some newbies! If you ever do have a problem with a lost package stay calm and come in and talk to them and they'll help you, just like they did with me.”
