“Long story …but I needed some damage repaired to my car door. I got two estimates. One near my house, and the dealer. (The person at fault wanted to handle it personally not through insurance)
To be fair, I got two estimates. One from 5tar and my dealer. 5 star was way cheaper. I made an appointment to get the car fixed.
They did a great job. Can’t even tell it was damaged. They even got it to me earlier than what they told me.
If I ever have another problem and need body work, it’s 5 star for me.”

They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”

After a 2 day install of some of the cleanest lighting work you will ever see, I was blown away at the result. These guys exceeded expectations, which were already unimaginably high due to the pictures I've seen before. This is pure perfection that brought life to my unique truck. I can control my lighting the way I want it, and can present my truck in a multitude of ways thanks to their controllers and their lights. When you feel the lights in your hand, you can immediately recognize they are a premium product, particularly if you have ever had your hands on any other type of strip light. You can't even compare.
The whole team made me feel part of the family, and were so welcoming to a first time customer. It was such a refreshing experience in 2024. The customer service here is what the world used to offer. I couldn't have been more ecstatic. Every single person took time out of their busy day to chat, and were all so proud of their business... which they should be. You can feel the pride in the product and in their work.

“Caught a nasty screw in my tire before a trip to the dragon and when United wouldn't pick up the phone I decided to give AFJ a shot. Eric is the man! I dropped my tire/wheel off and he called me to say it was done by the time I was walking in the front door of my house! For context I live 5 minutes up the road! That fast! The price was VERY reasonable as well.I will absolutely keep patronizing this business. There were all kinds of bikes in the shop (as well as a great selection of tires) so I'm sure he can sort you out as well. A++”
“Super respectful people. Had my Chevy paint worked on here and the work was great. Absolutely zero competition when it comes to pricing. These guys have the best pricing.I came in a second time to get some work done on my Ram and the owner was honest with me and told me that the work could be done very easily with an at home solution and would save me lots of money. He could have told me he could fix and charged me for it but chose to save me money instead of filling his own pockets. Lots of respect for these guys.I was even offered a ride home because I didn’t have a second person come with me. Even though it was only a few minute drive it was about a 30 minute walk home. Definitely recommend.”

Every other place was full it seemed like until, I stumbled on to Deans. They were open and honest about the work that needed to be done, got me in right away and communicated well with my insurance. “I can't say enough nice things about Chip Bare. I would definitely recommend him for any type of collision work. My car was totaled after another driver with FOUNDER'S insurance ran a red light and T-boned me. I must have called about 20 collision repair shops that day. Chip was the only one who offered to not only help to repair my car, but also to help deal with the insurance company. He spent a lot of time just explaining the process to me and offering assistance in any way that he could. He also offered to let me keep the car on his lot without any storage fees. They ended up totaling out the car and telling me to "dispose of it myself." Chip not only offered to take care of the car, but he also offered me money for it. Good guy that cares. His staff are very friendly, too and have been in the business for many years. I would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed any collision work done in Cincinnati. He will get you in within a reasonable time frame and go above and beyond.”
