“The service people are always helpful and usually get the work done as promised, but they're so slammed it's pretty chaotic overall. Cars parked everywhere, and check in and out are weirdly (and dangerously) right by where the cars go into the shop. I've given them 5 stars recently but I'm feeling crusty about having to bring my 2019 in twice recently to get the work done because the parts weren't available ( they had all day the first time) and about having to bring my new 2025 in at all! In 3 decades I've owned 2 Toyotas, 3 Hondas, and 4 Subarus and I've NEVER had to bring a new car in for anything until this one--and all three issues were computer related. It was free this time, but guess I'm glad I paid (a lot) for an extended warranty when I purchased this one!”
“Tyler is THE guy when it comes to car body repair. Got into a wreck and the entire front end of my car was ruined. By the time it was done looked BETTER than brand new. When I went to sell the car had multiple dealerships comment they wouldn’t have noticed (if they didn’t pull up the car fax). Tyler is great with communication as well. Constant calls with updates letting me know what’s next, what’s done, and how long. Will forever take all my cars here!”

“My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”

“Bought a used, 2005, sportster with low miles. It was not ridden much and still had original tires on it. Took it to the Bike Shop and they installed 2 new tires and repaired a sticky rear brake back to original. Their prices on the same Dunlop tires as Harley dealership in KY quoted me were over 200.00 cheaper and they had them in stock. While the repairs were perfect, the biggest deal was I found a true local business with three great guys who are not intimidating nor arrogant but humble fair and honest. The owner is a man of faith and it shows. If you have a motorcycle that needs work I highly recommend The Bike Shop. I say this as a 35 year Rider of HD motorcycles.
