“My beloved Smart car was in an accident and suffered damage to my headlight and front right bumper. I was nervous my car wouldn't be able to be repaired since it is a unique car that isn't sold in the US anymore so parts are hard to find.
Fortunately, the only part that was hard to find was a new headlight. The part was ordered and arrived earlier than I expected. My car was ready the same day it came. It was even cleaned inside and out before I arrived to pick it up.
Everyone seemed to genuinely care about the situation and called me with updates. I am really happy I chose them to fix my car and will recommend them in the future!”

“I want everybody to know that if you ever get in a car accident or you need damages fixed on your vehicle, I would 100% recommend First Class Collision. I was in an accident where I was rear-ended, and the back end of my car was smashed. They were able to fix everything that need to be fixed on my vehicle and they were able to color match exactly to the car. Also I feel terrible but I left my car a mess before I dropped it off and when I picked it up I didn't realize at first but they had completely detailed the entirety of my car. Truly a great company they went above and beyond I had numerous scenarios where my rental was being finicky but they solved it for me and told me not to worry about it. They made the whole situation such a smooth transition between dropping off my vehicle, the rental and picking it up and everything in between. “I want every consumer out there to know that this company is the real deal. You will not regret purchasing their products. Not only did I receive the product quickly but I think not making it clear that I live in California I think I was sent the wrong one. The first ECM I received was installed and my vehicle would not start but to my surprise after I emailed them I received word from them the very next day with an apology and the information that they would be sending me a replacement without charging me a single dime more and not having the inconvenience of waiting for me to send back the first one. I was so happy to hear back from them and was delighted to have the replacement truly a plug a play that did not require me to do anything but install it and ultimately was able to pass the California smog test with flying colors. I am even more grateful because their product allowed me to fix my vehicle at a fraction of the cost. I was quoted $1000.00 by two different mechanics and even by Lampe Dodge dealership in Visalia CA to replace my ECM. According to them if they could find one suitable for my older vehicle they could not guarantee it would fix the problem. Well let me tell you that the problem all along was that the ECM I had purchased this 2000 Dodge Durango from a private seller had the wrong one installed in it for the size of engine it had. Not one of them bothered to check if my vehicle had the right ECM installed after weeks of waiting and hundreds of dollars spent on incomplete diagnostic tests I was provided the right part by Flashmasters and will be a loyal customer to them for the rest of my days here on earth and if I could from wherever I end up at.”

When I went to sell the car had multiple dealerships comment they wouldn’t have noticed (if they didn’t pull up the car fax). Tyler is great with communication as well. Constant calls with updates letting me know what’s next, what’s done, and how long. Will forever take all my cars here!”

“Bought a used, 2005, sportster with low miles. It was not ridden much and still had original tires on it. Took it to the Bike Shop and they installed 2 new tires and repaired a sticky rear brake back to original. Their prices on the same Dunlop tires as Harley dealership in KY quoted me were over 200.00 cheaper and they had them in stock. While the repairs were perfect, the biggest deal was I found a true local business with three great guys who are not intimidating nor arrogant but humble fair and honest. The owner is a man of faith and it shows. If you have a motorcycle that needs work I highly recommend The Bike Shop. I say this as a 35 year Rider of HD motorcycles. “I went to another Subaru dealer in Cincinnati and they didn't hardly speak to us upon arrival, even to welcome us. The gentleman who ended up helping us didn’t know anything about the vehicle I asked about and couldn’t come up with anything more than I could see on the online listing. Eventually we were told that the vehicle wasn’t available so we left, rather disappointed. On a whim, because I needed a new vehicle relatively urgently, we decided to go to Kings Subaru. We were greeted at the door by Frank, who proceeded to go over the options on their lot. He found the Crosstrek I was looking at and pulled it up for us to see. He went over the carfax with us, line by line, and took us out to look for the “minor damage” that was reported. It turned out to be a scuff on the lower bumper with no additional damage. Frank then got the keys and, while my trade in was being appraised, we went on a test drive. Frank led us on a very reasonable test drive and when we got back he did his best to meet my financial goals regarding the car. Ultimately, the trade amount was fair for a car close to 200k miles and they adjusted my monthly payment down to within my budget. Then I worked with Ken to iron out the financials and sign my life away. Ken did a wonderful job of thoroughly explaining everything, especially when it came to their warranties and add-ons. Everything happened in a timely manner and we never felt pressured at any point. As painful as the car-buying process can be, these folks made it simple and minimally stressful. Thanks Frank and Ken!”
