There was no pressure to do more than was needed for safety. I received a call regarding progress and a call when the job was complete. “Earlier this afternoon, I came to this shop to get the muffler on my Subaru repaired and I must say I was very satisfied with the service. The staff quickly provided me with an estimate and also showed me the areas that needed repair, along with a fair quote for the amount of work required. Although the repair took a little longer than expected, it was understandable as I was a walk-in. Moreover, the main mechanic working on my car noticed an additional area that required maintenance and fixed it as well.Overall, I was pleased with the quality of work done in a reasonable amount of time and at a great price. My Subaru is running quietly now.”

This was my second time for a repair, 2 totally different unrelated issues. First the radiator now the ignition system. All the work was done fast, very professional and reasonable cost. I'm very picky and spoiled on who works on my car's. My dad and brother always did these things, so I expect the best. Tommy and his guys now rate up there w his dad and mine. “The owner of Dukes, Bill, and his son, Michael and Michael's buddy, went out of their way on a holiday to help my family during an emergency, when we were stranded on the highway miles from their business. They were closed, and it was around New Year's, but they still responded to my cry for help. They even tried to help get our small camper towed to their shop since our insurance company left us stranded without a tow. “Big Shout Out to South End Glass- The Best!10 Years ago we had all our windows replaced. We were so disappointed that two large windows suffered a leak. The bottom half of the windows were thick with fog and impossible to see out. These windows have the grids in between the glass. The original installers were gone and window company quotes were just not dooable for us. And, if we were able to get it done the windows would be slightly different. Someone suggested South End Glass. I don't think we've ever been so pleased!! Becca at the office was wonderful; the gentleman who came out and installers were great. The turn around time and timing before Christmas greatly appreciated. The process was seamless and flawless. Just like our "Feel like new," windows!! When it gets warmer - we'll open up the windows and give a real shout out to South End Glass!!”
