“Fantastic quick service . My wife broke her necklace and was headed out of town . They ordered a new necklace and had it the next morning so she could wear it in her trip. I left broken necklace for repair as well and couldn't even tell where it was repaired. Highly recommend for your needs.”

“I just got home and could not wait to write my review for this jewelery store. My wedding ring had snapped in the back, 2 months before my wedding May 11th. (I’ve been wearing it for 2 years) I also wanted my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together. I firstly took it to a different jewelry store, who had called me days later and told me it couldn’t be done. My ring is rose gold, with a moonstone as the main big rock. He said he couldn’t do it because he was scared of hurting the moonstone. I was pretty sad but I called Seimer Jewelers and I got one of the owners. He told me to bring it right in, wouldnt have a problem doing both things for me. I brought it in, got it back 2 days later. I love it! It turned out better than I even imagined it would. They shined it up to no belief. I came home and put it right away so I don’t get it dirty since they made it look so good! On top of it all it was cheaper than the original place I was going to have it done at. Really great experience, buy your jewelry from this business!”

“We had 2 different piercing experiences here- one of my daughter’s earrings fell out while she was asleep so we had to go get it re-pierced a few months later- both experiences were fantastic. The staff is extremely efficient and helpful, and the 2 different woman that pierced her ears were so sweet and made her feel totally at ease. Could not recommend it more! “The people at The Castle are the kindest people. My friend dropped off a necklace to be repaired a couple months ago. He ended up losing his phone and then went into long term rehab. He wasn't able to get their calls to ask something about the necklace, so they had to put a hold on the repair. My friends birthday was going to be in two days and I was going to visit him. I went to pick the necklace up, to surprise him. It hadn't been repaired yet because of the issue. I answered their questions and not only did they repair it within an hour, but it was repaired by the President of the company who happened to be visiting that location. He did a great job on the repair and the staff actually gift wrapped it for me and gave me a discount on the repairs. I HIGHLY recommend The Castle in Florence, KY for all your gift needs. In addition to the President of the company, I can't remember his name, Stephanie was PHENOMENAL! They went above and beyond all the way!!Love you guys! And my friend was so ecstatic to recieve the necklace he jumped up and down and kept hugging me! The necklace has special meaning to him.
