“Amazing experience from start to finish. My engagement ring is a 1920's antique, and I knew it was going to be tricky finding a matching wedding band. We took it into Philip Bortz and they were so helpful and accommodating, and really listened to all of my concerns and what I wanted in a band. We were offered multiple options, but ended up making a mold of the pattern on my engagement ring so it matches perfectly, and Matt took excellent care to be sure the design complimented my engagement ring without over-shadowing it. He also made sure it was ready in time for our over-seas wedding! I could not be happier with the band, and the quality and personal touch beyond justified the cost (which was very reasonable). We will recommend Philip Bortz to anyone who has unique jewelry needs, or just wants great customer service.”

We received customer service and a level of attention from Pamela and her brother Scott that was much better than we found at some other local shops that we visited. They had a large stock of bands (and lots of other jewelry) available for us both to try on.
