Not very busy at the time so I was able to get help finding the item I needed and was back out and on the road in 10 minutes. Workers are very professional and friendly.

Shelfs are miss marked garbage all over the parking lot...the kids running the place are pretty much having a party with there dogs and they are sitting in lawn chairs with some people im pretty sure don't work there...very unprofessional.

After what was already a long day, my daughter was practicing her parallel parking at the building next to your place to prepare for her driving test that was coming up… I knew my car was losing oil and I had been very good about checking it but in the past couple weeks I have not. And I have been doing allot of driving. So while practicing, my car starts to smoke and overheat and I knew immediately what it was because like I said, I have not been paying attention like I should have been. We parked, and I walked over to O’Reilly’s and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I told him that I needed oil and he asked me if I knew what kind and I told him and he told me what aisle to go in to get it. After bringing the oil up to the register and a funnel, he questioned me about what car I had because he wanted to make sure I was getting the right oil. And I’m glad he did because I was not getting the right oil so he went back and got me the right one. My oil lid is always kind of difficult to open, just because of the placement of it but I always get it open. This time I could not. My daughter and I tried repeatedly to get it open and we could not, standing outside in the dark, and it was lightly raining. So I finally gave up and went back in to O’Reilly’s just to see if I could buy some pliers or some kind of tool that could get this open. I was once again greeted immediately and asked how I could be helped. ( this Time by a different gentleman.) then the gentleman that helped me before walked up. There was also two other men there that listened to my story, and one of them said that he was a manager, there, and before I could even say that I was just trying to buy a tool that I could get it open with, he immediately offered to go out and help me. I cannot express to you enough, first off how grateful I was for Help to be offered so freely, and they were honestly concerned about helping me, the helpfulness and kindness they showed me tonight really touched my heart and I hope everyone at that store really knows how much I appreciate all of them. My car is completely fine after they helped me out. And I have all of you to thank. I can promise you, you have a loyal customer from here on out. I hope the people above you read this and realize what absolutely amazing people that they have. thank you again.

Rude and unprofessional. Was told they had my item in stock ready to install, waited over 45 mins in the store only to be told after that they don’t have the part and they only one they have was much more expensive than what I was told on the phone. Wasted my time. Go somewhere else. Auto zone is right down the street.
